Delivery of products and shipping costs

With the confirmation of your order you will be informed with a message to your e-mail address or to the mobile phone that you have stated to us, for the delivery time of your products depending on the area you have chosen to be sent to you and depending on the products you have ordered .

The delivery time of the products is from 1 to 10 working days. Excluded are products with special features (candles). The company bentekeller.gr sends you the products you have ordered either with ELTA or by courier ACS inside Greece. The cost of transport is 2 € with ELTA and 5 € with ACS up to 2 kg. Then, depending on the weight and size, the price goes up. Outside Greece you can see the prices in the below schemes.

The company bentekeller.gr takes all the necessary measures for the valid information of the availability of all the products presented in its online store and for the timely delivery to you of the products that you have ordered. However, it is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, natural disasters, supplier problems and delays, government or legislative acts. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you, inform you and arrange for a new delivery or delivery of another product. In case a product or products are not delivered to the customer by the transport-courier company through the fault of the transport-courier company, the company bentekeller.gr takes responsibility with the condition that the customer will sign upon receipt of the number of parcels received and immediately (within 24 hours) will inform the company about the problem that arose. The company in a reasonable time will resend the lost products again without any financial burden to its customer.
